The other day I gave a Humanities class session about what I called Holy Pursuits in Music, featuring the music of J.S. Bach and U2. I asked students to write down one of their holy pursuits now or in the future. What they shared is a nice glimpse into the hopes and dreams of some of today’s college students, representing about a dozen countries of origin and more than twenty majors.
